Jeris Lee Poindexter, better known as the character “Kill Moves” from Everybody Hates Chris, is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Jeris has also had recurring roles on Martin and Saving Grace with Academy Award winner Holly Hunter. Jeris has been nominated four times for NAACP Image Award Best Supporting Actor in a Stage Play, winning twice. He has also starred in several movies, including Insidious 3, starring Dermot Mulroney.
